Jacinta Kamemba is a seasoned digital transformation and leadership expert with extensive experience designing and steering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in the financial sector and adjacent ecosystems in Sub‑Saharan Africa. As a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach and technology and business transformation practitioner, she brings a rare blend of executive advisory experience, systems thinking, and people-centered change management to assignments that sit at the intersection of finance, technology, policy, and inclusion.

Over her career, Jacinta has led and supported consulting engagements on digital financial services, institutional capacity building, and IT/MIS modernization for financial inclusion and development programmes, working closely with donors, financial institutions, regulators, and community-based implementers. Her work spans requirements definition, operating model and process design, data and systems alignment, stakeholder facilitation, and structured change management, enabling partners to move from strategy and concepts to executable roadmaps and accountable delivery.
